Day Trips

Due to the ideal geographical location of the  vacation villa just south of Sarasota it is possible to reach many of the world famous  attractions of Florida by day trip. Both grown-ups and  children will find something to their taste.

The Kennedy Space Center out on the well known Cape Canaveral is only approx. 3 hours away; Disney World, Epcot Center, and Seaworld are all close to Orlando which is approx. 2 hours by car; Busch Gardens and Adventure Island near Tampa are only 1½  hours by car; and to the Everglades  in the south it is approx. 2 hours to drive.
